The GBRf-operated train was back in the southwest for a three-day visit over the Bank Holiday weekend. No. 66748 'St Michaels Mount' leads No. 66744 'Heart of Wales' in top and tail formation as 1V01 15:48 London Victoria - Bishops Lydeard, before making an evening run to Minehead.

The latest Belmond Britannic Explorer luxury train visit crosses the Somerset Levels at Oath on 1st May 2026. Dedicated Britannic loco No. 66748 'St Michaels Mount' leads the 1V01 15:48 London Victoria to Bishops Lydeard with GB Railfreight No. 66744 'Heart of Wales' attached at the rear of the train. This was day 1 of the four-day luxury land cruise to the West Country.
