9th November 2014 Another rare visitor to the area (for those up early enough on a Sunday morning) was Mendip Rail Class 59 No. 59101 'Village of Whatley'. The locomotive operated an overnight engineering train for Network Rail/ DB Schenker on the Berks and Hants route before returning as the 6W08 08:40 Cogload Junction - Westbury via Taunton.
