10th September 2019 Colas Rail Freight Class 37 No.37219 approaches the outskirts of Taunton on Tuesday 10th September 2019 running as 0V37 09:47 Derby RTC to Fairwater Yard ligt engine move. The locomotive has been specially modified to facilitate the fixing of surveying and geometry measurement equipment as and when required. The light engine move was in preparation for the following days working to Penzance and back with said monitoring equipment, which was attached at Taunton upon its arrival. (Photo: S A Ginn)
