No. 59102 'Village of Chantry' operated light engine from Merehead Quarry early in the day to collect a rake of stored aggregate wagons from Exeter Riverside Yard. No. 59102 'Village of Chantry' is pictured climbing Whiteball Bank with 40 wagons in tow, measuring 1988 feet with a trailing load of 971 tonnes (empty).
