Recently transferred from Scotrail and now operating for Wessex Trains Class 150/2 No.150283 departs Taunton on the 20th February 2005 operating a Taunton - Plymouth service. The line to the north of Taunton was blocked due to track renewals at Bathpool. Former Scottish Class 158 No.158745 was one of a pair of former Scottish units transferred down to the southwest as part of the Wessex Trains fleet. They were instantly recognizable for their snowplough fairings on the front end and unique yellow ends. The pair No.158745 and No.158746 became known as 'Donald and Douglas' after the pair of Scottish locomotives from the Thomas the Tank series.
